Silke Ukena D.O.,N.D.,ECBS.,MBTER,D.Hom.(MED)
(formerly known as Mrs John) is an experienced Osteopath and Bowen Therapist now working at 3 Highfield Close in Danbury, near Chelmsford, previously based at the Spinney, Danbury.

Silke trained at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) in London and started the Alternative Health Clinic in Thundersley in 1981 and in 2002 has renamed the practice `Back Bones Clinic`. Last year she sold Backbones Clinic in Thundersley and she now lives and works in tranquil Danbury, Chelmsford.

Her aim is to help you achieve your optimal health condition, so that you can enjoy your life and work free from pain, using safe and natural techniques.
